Refunds and Returns
Details to Know
All unopened items may be returned for a full refund if returned within 30 days of being purchased or can be exchanged for a full credit or other merchandise of equal value. The items may be returned in-store or shipped to us. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping of any items returned to us.
Opened items may not be returned or exchanged.
All items ordered on the Web site are shipped within 1 - 2 days unless otherwise noted. Monthly Card Making Subscription kits are shipped once a month on or around the 4th of each month.
